Monday, February 26,  11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Explore concepts related to value and color, with emphasis on limited palette color mixing and paint application. No experience necessary. Instructor will guide students to express their unique artistic vision. Exercises and a small landscape painting (from provided photo reference) will complete this introduction to value and color.

Materials students should provide: Painting materials such as palette knife, any brushes the artist has and wants to use, rags or paper towels, apron, paint-shirt, sack-lunch or snacks.

Materials the instructor will provide: Basic supplies, including paint and brushes.

Fee: $60.00 for ASA members and $70.00 for non-members.  Plan to pay with cash or check at the beginning of class
