Inside the gallery, we will add support to the window frame so that it is easier to hang items in front of the windows.

Landscaper The new landscape maintenance company is doing a good job.

Gallery Hosting There is a calendar posted in the kitchen for members to sign up. We would like to staff the gallery with a host on weekend days when no class or activity is scheduled.  Plan to host from late morning until midafternoon.  Use a table near the door to the gallery.  Work on art projects and display your work if you like. Explain ASA, hand out brochures, encourage people to vote for “people’s choice”.  The question was asked, “should we have a guest book for visitors?”
Pacific Artists Co-op Catherine reported that the Co-op is updating their signs including the new logo designed by Cindy Adams.  Also, they are changing their sales method to include iPads and Square instead of the current credit card method.
