ASA Update September 8, 2019

The subject for Guided Open Studio this Thursday, September 12th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM will be Pathways.  Arlon Gilliland will offer guidance and help with techniques as well as lots of photo references.  There is never a fee, but donations are appreciated.  Please plan on bringing in your own supplies.

Reminder to all ASA Gallery Display Members:

The next Beachstone Gallery display change will happen in October.  The chosen theme is, “Fall Colors”.  So, plan on your brightest fall themed art for display!  Remember these important dates:

October 6 – 8: Please pick up your existing art and drop off new art (Please leave new art in the Art Intake room)
October 9:      Gallery Committee will change out displays
October 11:    Quarterly opening and artists’ reception 5 – 7 pm

We have new drop off procedures and small changes to the display guidelines.  These will be emailed to all members later in September.  If you are not currently showing your art in the bins, or displaying cards but want to start, please contact the Gallery Committee Chairs.

Just as a reminder, we have some left over art lingering in the art intake room from previous displays.  If it is yours, please come fetch it.  It helps make space for everyone!
