ASA Update and Member Meeting Minutes for August 27, 2019

The subject for Guided Open Studio this Thursday, August 29th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM will be Sunflowers.  Arlon Gilliland will offer guidance and help with techniques as well as lots of photo references.  There is never a fee, but donations are appreciated.  Please plan on bringing in your own supplies.

We need a replacement for Richard Laycock in handling the PR for Featured Artists.  This will include assisting with bios and continuing the relationships that have already been established with various media outlets in the area. This would be effective January.

Approval and permissions for posting our artists’ work on Instagram may be rolled into part of the new Gallery admission form that is being created.
